The Government of Grenada has commenced preparations for the National Budget for the fiscal year 2024, which will be presented in the Parliament later this year. In this regard, Farmers, Agro-processors, Fisherfolks and members of the public are invited to the Agriculture and Fisheries Budget Consultation.
The Consultation will be held on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰’𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝. This change is to facilitate ongoing renovation of the Deluxe Cinema.
Please note that the meeting will commence at 9:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.
It will feature presentations and reports of the 2023 consultations and 2023 agriculture budget: actions, new projects and programmes in the 2024 Budget for Farmers, Bee-Keepers, Floriculturists, Poultry, Livestock, Butchers, Fisher folks, Long liners, Sea moss producers and Agro-Processors.
