Mr. Joseph appeared at Grenville Magistrateโs Court on Monday, 17th February 2025, and was remanded to His Majestyโs Prison. He is scheduled to be brought back to court on Thursday 27th February 2025.

He appeared at the Grenville Magistrateโs Court on Wednesday, 19th February 2025, and was sentenced as follows:
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐ – to pay compensation of $56 in three days, in default three months imprisonment. He was also fined $1000.00 to be paid in three months in default 6 months imprisonment.
๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ -a suspended sentence of 2 years in prison was imposed. Mr. Charles must refrain from committing any offenses within two years. In default, two years imprisonment.
