Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons from within and outside the Public Service to serve as Procurement Officers in the Ministry of Finance or another relevant Ministry.

Applicants should possess at least the following:

1. A University degree in economics, finance, engineering, accounting, law or any
relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.

2. Two yearsโ€™ experience in procurement or areas of purchasing, accounting, or project
management.

3. Experience in analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data.

4. Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 or similar word processing and
spreadsheets applications.

Successful completion of the course โ€œ๐Ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ž๐ฐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐…๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐คโ€ on the World Bank e-learning Programs site https://wbnpf.procurementinet.org/e-learning-programs will be a distinct asset.

Successful applicants will undergo a period of training in World Bank procurement
procedures before being engaged on a contractual basis for 24 months.
