Housing Authority of Grenada calling on its customers to pay up!
With outstanding payments surrounding five million dollars, Housing Authority is saying the funds are needed to enable repairs of the units into better living conditions.
This was announced at a News Conference put on by the housing authority this morning by housing Authority and Ministry officials.
The accountant at the Housing Authority of Grenada, Giselle Charles, explained the nature of the payments outstanding.
Minister for Social and Community Development, Housing and Gender Affairs, Philip Telesford, says the Housing Authority has been given the responsibility to deal with the repairs.
