A Vincentian fugitive who had a run with the law in his country was captured in Grenada last night.
42-year-old Bentley Francis-Phillips from Rilland Hill in St. Vincent was apprehended by Police here.
He was cornered on central Depradine Street, Gouyave.
Francis-Phillips is wanted in St. Vincent in connection with what’s said to be a series of sexual offences.
St. Vincent’s I-Witness News is also reporting that he’s wanted in his homeland for a case involving a minor.
Francis-Phillips is reportedly in custody at the Gouyave police station.
Police have confirmed that a Vincentian national wanted for series of sexual offences that occurred in his homeland between 2018 and 2019 were caught in the Western town of Gouyave at 12:20am on Tuesday, September 10th 2019. Bentley Francis / Phillips is presently in Police custody awaiting deportation.
