4th Annual Spice Island Cultural Festival To Be Held Virtually This Saturday

The 4^th Annual Spice Island Cultural Festival is scheduled to take place this Saturday, under the banner “the Celebration of Life, Food, Fashion, Music and Culture”.

This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be held virtually.

The Montreal-based annual event showcases Grenada and its finest talents.

Featured in this year’s event will be fashion designer Fe Noel, Tricia Grant-Lewis and her husband, musician Elmond “Mexy” Lewis.

Wee Fm News caught up with Mexy who indicated to us that his song entitled “Celebrating Life” is being used as the theme song for this year’s Spice Island Cultural Festival.

Mexy says he’s looking forward to perform on the virtual platform this Saturday.
