With the aim of getting export ready,forty local agro-processors whoparticipated in a 5-day training session at the National Stadium, wrapped up their training today.
The training was titled the “Standards and Certification Forum for Private Sector Enterprises in Grenada“.
This initiative was made possible through the CARICOM Regional Organization for Standards and Quality (CROSQ), in collaboration with other partners such as (INDOCAL), (PTB) along with support from the Grenada Bureau of Standards (GDBS).
In an interview with Wee-Fm news, Terry Hutchinson, the Project Coordinator of the technical barrister trade component of the 11th European Union, expressed his satisfaction, stating that Grenada’s response following the 5-day training was impressive.
Hutchinson highlighted the diverse range of products that the participants manufacture.
