Officers assigned to the Criminal Investigation Department are presently investigating the circumstances that led to the death of two (2) minors.
A 17-year-old resident of Mt. Parnassus, St. George, was discovered hanging at his home by a close relative, at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Friday 15th October, 2021.
In an unrelated matter, the body of a 7-year-old male was retrieved from the Ford River, St. Andrew, following a missing person report received on Thursday 14th October, 2021. This prompted searches from various units of the Royal Grenada Police Force, that concluded on Friday 15th October, 2021, following the discovery.
Investigations are ongoing.
