Work on the Western main road corridor is tentatively set to begin in March next year.
Word on this from the Minister of Infrastructure Development, Norland Cox updating members of the media on the project this morning.
Major infrastructure work is to be conducted on the Western main road corridor, including the Molinere Main Road, which was closed to vehicular traffic since December 2019, following extensive land slippage that resulted in the re-routing of traffic through the village of Mt. Moritz.
Cox says the ministry is working very hard with the consultants and the team at the Caribbean Development Bank to see construction work commence in the soonest possible time.
Cox outlined the scope of work that will be conducted.
