Police are seeking assistance of the general public in locating Raynell Coutain 22 years old Fisherman of Telescope, St. Andrew. He is five feet nine inches in height, slim built, dark brown in complexion, with brown eyes and black braided hair.
Mr. Coutain is wanted by police for Escaping Lawful Custody while in custody for the offence Robbery with Violence.
