Petroleum prices go on the decrease in this month’s adjustments by the energy division of the Ministry of Finance.

As of today, gasoline in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, will be sold 27 cents less than the old price, moving from 14 dollars and 78 cents per gallon to 14 dollars and 51 cents.
Diesel goes down 89 cents, from 15 dollars and 80 cents to 14 dollars and 91 cents.
Kerosene from 12 dollars and 37 cents to 11 dollars and 63 cents.
As it relates to Cooking gas, on the mainland, there’s no change in the price of the 20-pound cylinder, remaining at 40 dollars.
The price of the 100-pound cylinder takes a dive of 4 dollars and 60 cents, moving from 257 dollars and 25 cents to 252.65.
Bulk goes down 5 cents and will now be sold at 2 dollars and 60 cents per pound.
In Carriacou, the 20-pound cylinder remains constant at 49 dollars.
The 100-pound cylinder goes down from 280 dollars and 25 cents to 275 dollars and 65 cents.
Bulk is at the same price like Grenada, moving down by 5 cents from 2 dollars and 65 cents to 2 dollars and 60 cents.
The Ministry of Finance says petroleum products are price-controlled goods; and therefore, no retailer shall vary the stated prices.
