The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers in Hermitage, Tivoli, Ahoma, Moyah, Conference, Dunfermline, Pearls and sur rounding communities in the parishes of St. Patrick and St. Andrew that due to urgent network maintenance; they will experience an interruption in their wa ter supply between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. today Thursday Sep tember 24th, 2020.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean, cov ered containers prior to the scheduled interruption in supply.
Please also be advised that although the system will be reopened at 8:00 p.m., consumers in elevated areas, may not receive their supply until within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologises for any inconveniences and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
