The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers in Richmond Hill, Morne Jaloux, Marian, Defoo and surrounding communities in the parish of St. George that in order to facilitate system maintenance, they will experience an interruption in their water supply between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on Tuesday October 6th, 2020.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean, covered containers, prior to the scheduled interruption.
Please also advised that although the system will be reopened at 4:00 p.m.; consumers in elevated areas, may not receive their supply until within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
