Urgent work is currently on the Grand Anse Valley Road, St. George, and it was closed to heavy equipment today.
The heavy-duty equipment is being utilized in facilitation construction of a retaining wall and cross culvert, that’s recognized needing urgent repair.
The public is advised that that will be the condition of work for the next three weeks.
The Ministry of Infrastructural Development is anticipating the cooperation of the residents in the area and the public at large, being advised to make use of alternative routes.
