The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises con sumers served by the Petite Etang Water System that due to system maintenance, they will experience an interruption in their water supply, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. today Tuesday December 8th, 2020.
Petite Etang Water System serves: Petite Etang, Syracuse, parts of Cor inth, Vincennes, parts of Windsor Forest, parts of Laura Land, Perd montemps, Providence, Champfleur, Mt. Tranquil
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean covered containers, prior to the scheduled interruption.
Please also advised that although the system will be reopened at 12:00 midnight; consumers in elevated areas, may not receive their supply un til within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologises for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
