The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) is inviting Stakeholders and the General Public to comment on PURC’s responses to initial comments on the Draft Regulations on Tariff Setting Methodology.
Among the documents for consideration are (i) PURC Consultation Guidelines; Draft Regulations on Tariff Setting Methodology; and the PURC’s Responses to comments on the Draft Regulations for Tariff Setting Methodology.
The time allowed for comments to the PURC’s response document will be ten working days.
According to a release, respondents are therefore required to forward comments by January 16, 2021.
All responses to the Consultative Documents should be sent, in accordance with the PURC Consultation Guidelines, to the Chief Executive Officer, Public Utilities Regulatory Commission, P.O. Box 2443, Queen’s Park, St. George’s, Grenada,
