In another report, coming in from the Police, we understand that investigations are continuing into an incident yesterday that left one man dead and another warded at the General Hospital.
Dead is Richmond Hill resident known as “Trigger” and at the General Hospital in a critical condition is Ron James.
Reports reaching us reveal that members of the Royal Grenada Police Force responded to a report of a chopping just around 10 yesterday morning at Richmond Hill, St. George.
On arrival the lawmen encountered on man inflicting several chop wounds on another individual and were forced to discharge their service pistol at the accused, who later succumbed to his injuries.
We are told that prior to the incident Saturday night, the deceased was involved at home in a conflict with his wife, but this has not been independently confirmed.
Police investigations are ongoing.
