Acting Chief Medical Officer Advises Citizens To Take Personal Responsibility To Avoid Being Infected By Covid-19

Acting Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Shawn Charles, also issues a warning that its high-time citizens begin to take responsibility in the fight against COVID-19.

He says everyone has the right to safeguard themselves from getting infected and urges a change in attitude with personal responsibility being the greatest factor in curbing the spread of the virus.

He again makes the point that being vaccinated is the best bet the country has in curbing the ill-effects of the virus, for the Nation’s sake.

And, that the Ministry of Health has done all in its power to make vaccines available and it’s now up to the population to do their part in the process.
