Grenada’s Afy Fletcher and Akeira Peters are once again in the West Indies women’s cricket squad for its engagement against the touring Sri Lankans.
West Indies and Sri Lanka will play three One-day games, on the 11th, which is Wednesday, the 13th and 15th.
They will be at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy.
The results of all three games will count towards the ICC Women’s Championship, which is being contested by the top eight ODI teams in the world.
The top three finishers in the Women’s Championship will qualify automatically for the 2021 World Cup.
The West Indies squad reads: Stafanie Taylor (Captain), Merissa Aguilleira, Reniece Boyce, Deandra Dottin, Afy Fletcher, Kycia and Kyshona Knight, Hayley Matthews, Anisa Mohammed, Chedean Nation, Akeira Peters and Shamilia Connell and Shakera Selman, both returning from injuries.
