The issue of vaccine uptake also formed the crux of discussion at the Post Cab Briefing this morning, with the appearance of two of Grenada’s visiting doctors from the US, here to help and support their counterparts in the COVID battle.
Based on their assessment on the ground with the COVID situation as it stands currently, there’s evidence that vaccination is the right course of action to stem the pandemic, as we hear from Dr. Molara Alexis, the daughter of esteemed legal luminary, Dr. Francis Alexis.
Another Grenada doctor from the US who’s here to help is Doctor Karina David, who agrees with the call for Grenadians to get vaccinated against the disease.
Dr. Molara Alexis says having a measure of chronic illness is no excuse not to get vaccinated.
