President of the British American and Colonial Life Insurance Policy Holders Group (BACOL), Grenada’s Dr. Patrick Antoine, is eagerly looking forward for a date in soon time when the CCJ will hear their case pertaining to the legal action taken against BAICO and CLICO.
The 800 million-dollar lawsuit was filed for hearing by the CCJ, with BACOL representing disenfranchised policy-holders from 7 OECS countries, Grenada included.
Dr. Antoine was speaking in an interview on a recent programme at one of Dominica’s broadcast stations.
He’s awaiting a date for hearing on the matter.
