It’s budget day tomorrow and Grenadians will be brought up-to-date as to what the Government has in store for the ensuing economic year.

The package of the Government’s 2022 Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure will be presented by Finance Minister, Gregory Bowen.

It will be his second such delivery, since attaining the position of Finance Minister.

Expectations are that the Government will be taking a strategic approach in bringing the country out of the COVID pandemic, which it says will focus primarily on “protecting lives, safeguarding livelihoods and investing in growth and development.

The 2022 Budget presentation will begin 10 o’clock in the morning.

Well, Budget presentations usually attract widespread listenership, as people would have many expectations as to how things will run economically for their development and ultimately the country at large.

We again took our microphones to the streets to get a feel as to what people are looking forward to in the 2022 package.
