Information reaching us is that St. Lucia will be host to the 4th Edition of the Caribbean Sports Awards, which will take place around the third quarter of this year.
It will be staged at that time to coincide with Saint Lucia’s 40th Independence Anniversary celebrations.
The function is put on by the Caribbean Awards For Sports Icons (CASI), developed for this purpose.
A team of the organizers is to visit St. Lucia shortly for meetings with key stakeholders.
Regional broadcasters SportsMax, who will carry the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, are down to provide full coverage of the event.
