The Child Protection Authority yesterday kicked off a series of sessions aimed at educating child case officers, and other stakeholders who are involved in child care.

The first day of training, which was held at the National Stadium, focused on legislations that guide the authority.

The training is being conducted by an expert in family court matters.

Managing Director at the Child Protection Authority Beverley-Ann Poyotte says this training will aid in improving the day to day operations of the authority.
