The Ministry Of Finance, through the COVID-19 Economic Support Secretariat (CESS) announces that Wednesday, October 20, is the deadline for the receipt of applications for the month of September, under the various components of the COVID Stimulus package.
All applications must be received by 4pm.
The deadline pertains to Temporary Unemployment Benefit Assistance; Income Support; Payroll Support and Small Business Grants.
The public is advised that the deadline for submission of monthly applications is the 20th of each month.
Applicants, a release says, can continue to make their monthly applications for the period October to December 2021.
The Public is asked to note that this deadline is for receipt of applications to the programme only and that payments will continue to all eligible beneficiaries for the period for which applications have been lodged.
The release from the Ministry of Finance, Planning, Economic Development and Physical Development noted that any decision for continuation of the programme will be communicated.
