The Ministry of Agriculture and Lands – April 2, 2020, understanding the needs of our farmers to protect their livelihoods during this difficult period, has collaborated with the RGPF to assist livestock farmers in the purchase of animal feed.
In this regard, permission has been granted to the following suppliers to sell animal feed ONLY on established shopping days (Mon, Wed & Fri), during the hours of 8:00AM – 12:00 noon:
- Mc Queen – Red Gate, St. David
- Jason Telesford (Scandy) – Grenville, St. Andrew
- Leslie Phillip (Scalley) – Balthazaar, St. Andrew
- Geo. F. Huggins & Company Ltd – Farm & Garden Center
- Kalico Supermarkets – Grenville, Gouyave & Sauteurs
- Andall Supermarkets – St. George & Grenville
- Caribbean Agro Ltd. – St. George
The Ministry of Agriculture and Lands advises that farmers utilize the outlets closest to them and remember to observe all protocols as advised by the Ministry of Health in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
