Health officials on the island have given citizens the full right to take their personal responsibility seriously.
This as the island’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Shawn Charles has indicated that COVID-19 restrictions are lifted as of today.
In an interview with the ministry of health public relations department, Dr. Charles says and I quote “It’s Now All Up to You” indicating that citizens now have the responsibility to protect themselves.
The CMO said people will have to do what they think is necessary to shield themselves from the virus.
Dr. Charles said the Ministry will continue to offer the COVID-19 vaccines to the public and keep the nation informed about COVID-19 developments.
