Covid Help Desk Reviewed And Updated

In its efforts to offer better and more efficient service to travelers, the Ministry of Health has improved and updated Grenada’s Help Desk Services.

Officials say this will allow for better responses to queries, assist with travel applications, provide Home Quarantine information and general information on travel protocols.

Engaging media personnel during another in the series of the Government’s weekly Post Cabinet Briefing, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Hannah St. Paul, says the system has been upgraded.

St. Paul noted that one of the areas that has been a challenge to the Help Desk was the phone system.

The Permanent Secretary says the Ministry has since pooled its resources with FLOW Grenada to rectify one such hindrance resulting in uncomplicated travel processes.
