Over the past few days in the celebration of the festive Christmas season, there have been complaints in many quarters by the adult members of society about what’s noticed to be under-age consumption of alcohol.

In discussion, the RGPF has been called into action, since it’s against the law for alcohol to be sold to minors.

Social media was abuzz with comments on the subject of under-age drinking of liquor and that bars and shop that have alcohol for sale should be held to account.

One post believes the overdue lack of enforcement of the law in this regard is beyond ridiculous.

The Grenada National Coalition on the Rights of the Child has been expressing its views concerning children drinking alcohol.

With the height of complaints, we were out on the beat getting views on the subject from the man-on-the-street.
