Four athletes are to represent Grenada at the upcoming World Championships.
Kirani James and Bralon Taplin will compete in the 400 metre event and Anderson Peters in the Javelin and Lindon victor, the Decathlon.
Kirani James has a seasons’ best of 44.47 seconds covering the 400-metre distance and Taplin 44.92.
In the javelin, Anderson Peters has a season’s best of 87.31 metres.
In the Decathlon, Lindon Victor has a season’s best score of 8,473.
The World Championships will be held in Doha, Qatar, beginning September 27, ending October 6.
More than 1900 athletes from 209 countries will be in action.
