A 23-year-old diver of frequente, St. George, is remanded to custody at Her Majestyβs Prisons.
Rennie Mark was arrested and charged by Officers assigned to the Criminal Investigations Department, South St. George Police Station, in connection with illegally discharging several rounds of ammunition.
The incident is said to have occurred last Sunday, outside a popular entertainment venue in the south of the island.
Mark received three charges consisting of Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Ammunition and Discharging a Firearm.
Heβs scheduled to reappear in court January 14, 2022.
