The Grenada Co-operative Nutmeg Association (GCNA) is to observe its Diamond Jubilee!
On Sunday the association will mark 75 years as Grenada’s main stakeholder promoting the interest of the Grenada Nutmeg industry assisting farmers develop and market their nutmeg produce both locally and internationally.
The Association has been developing and investing in the nutmeg industry since 1947.
To date, the industry is seen as one of the leading economic pillars of Grenada, giving birth to a rich culture and a means of livelihood to many.
In recognition of the historic milestone, members of the Board, Staff and Nutmeg Farmers will join in a church service carded for the Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Tivoli, St. Andrew 8.30 Sunday morning.
The Association is elated to mark the occasion with a schedule of activities planned for the coming months.
