General Manager Mr. Christopher Husbands led a small contingent at the Maurice Bishop International Airport as efforts were successful in transporting employee Roosevelt Alexander to Colombia for a life transformational surgery.
Roosevelt, but affectionately known by us all as ‘Roosey’ had some injuries that require urgent surgery to his left leg. Efforts were unsuccessful in Grenada, and through the support of NAWASA and his family, ‘Roosey’ will be given another opportunity for a comeback at life.
It is often said that however painful they are, setbacks, failures, and tragedies are a part of life, but one thing you should know about NAWASA is that we are NOT just a water company, but WE are family.
While we understand that these seemingly endless stretches of fear, disappointment, pain, and heartache are just brief moments of time that will soon pass, WE always stand with our own unreservedly.
Our Board of Directors, Management and staff ask that you remember ‘Roosey’ and his family in your prayers, much of which are needed right now.
