Government Information Service: The Government of Grenada makes it emphatically clear that it is not responsible for an ad circulating on social media, promising free laptops to youth.
The government is warning people against falling for this ploy, since any assistance to be given will be done following proper procedure.
It is also advising people against accessing the email which may be harmful to their personal devices.
The Ministry of Education has announced that it is in the process of procuring tablets for students, but this is not the method by which they will be distributed.
