By the end of December 2023 the Grenada government should complete the first phase of its regularization process.
The Government today launched the regularization of public officers’ exercise engaging representatives from a wide cross section across the public sector.
In 2013 the government implemented a structural adjustment programme that created a pause on hiring in the permanent establishment of the public service.
During this morning’s launch of the activity, Permanent Secretary at the Department of Public Administration, Lyndonna Hillaire-Marshall says a systematic approach must be taken for the effective processing of the exercise.
Hillaire-Marshall indicated that a number of individuals are already confirmed in the Public Service.
PS Hillaire-Marshall gave this highlight as to the individuals that will be affected by the exercise.
