Government Pumps Twenty Plus Million To Upgrade School Facilities

To ensure the safety and protection of the nation students during the new school year, the Grenada government has pumped some 24.9 million dollars for sanitization and supplies for schools that will accommodate the health and safety COVID Protocols.

This, Education Minister Emmalin Pierre, says is in keeping with the government’s agenda of ensuring the environment is conducive, especially in this COVID period.

Recognizing the work of the Basic Need Trust Fund, Minister Pierre believes the role of the organization in assisting with government projects is vital during these unprecedented times.
