The Government of Grenada is on a drive to ensure that all households have proper access to water and bathroom facilities.
The initiative entitled “Nation Builders” is a program which will seek to break down bureaucratic barriers to Grenadians at home and those living in the Diaspora who are willing to provide assistance to Grenada.
The pilot project for this initiative is called “WASH” Water Access and Sanitation in Homes.
Speaking to members of the media yesterday at the governments’ post cabinet briefing, Minister for Mobilization, Implementation and Transformation Hon. Andy Williams gave an insight into the program.
Minister Williams says the project is slated to be rolled out in May of this year; he also made a special appeal for individuals to get involved in the project.
