In addressing the opening of a new session of Parliament last Friday, Governor General, Dame Cecile LaGrenade, noted that the Government was faced with an agonizing choiceโto leave the economy close to prevent the virus from once again reaching our shores or reopen the economy in the face of increasing infection around the World.
