On the occasion of International Women’s Day which will be observed tomorrow, the Grenada Planned Parenthood Association (GPPA) will give women the opportunity to save on feminine health services offered by the organization.

Women throughout the island tomorrow will be able to access services such as Breast Exams, Pap Smears, and screening for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) among others.

Nurse Lynthia Buckmire at the Grenada Planned Parenthood Association in an interview with Wee Fm news desk says, terminal illnesses can be discovered with early detection, hence the reason for regular examinations.

Buckmire says breast examination can be done at home once a woman understands how it is done.

In relation to additional promotions Buckmire said the GPPA will soon be offering bundle deals for various services.
