Despite their efforts, the Under-16 Spice Girls’ netball team seems to be going through a rough time.
Playing last night in Antigua/Barbuda, they lost match 4, now with three losses and none-the-less a win to their credit.
The Grenada team was beaten by Dominica 18-24.
Dominica ruled the court throughout, 15-8 at the half and 20-14 by the third quarter.
6.30 this evening the Spice Girls’ Under-16 netball team will encounter Barbados in game 5.
In other games last night, Trinidad and Tobago defeated St. Lucia 28-24 and Bermuda got the better of Antigua/Barbuda 25-13.
Apart from the Grenada/Barbados game this evening, St. Lucia will play Dominica and Trinidad and Tobago against Antigua/Barbuda.
Meanwhile, Trinidad and Tobago has been declared winner of the Team Shooting Competition.
Trinidad and Tobago 140, followed by St. Lucia 120 and Barbados 107.
