Giving a breakdown of Grenada’s ability to test for the virus, the Health Minister confirmed that as of August 25, some 3, 396 PCR tests were done.
He was speaking on this matter at a House of Representatives meeting last Friday, indicating that Grenada now have two testing facilities.
With the Nation’s borders re-opened to passenger/visitor traffic, Steele is anticipating there could be a possibility of more cases, as he told Parliament that the Nation needs to be on its guard.
Steele boasts of the country’s capability and readiness to conduct testing as the situation requires it to be done.
Speaking of the mandatory quarantine, the Health Minister says the public can be assured of its safety and security.
