PR – The Grenada Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation has  announced the 2nd Annual Grenada Glory Games 2026, with activities beginning on Saturday, December 5,  ahead of the main competition weekend from December 11-13, 2026.

This year’s event will feature an expanded programme focused on health, strength, fitness, athlete  development and community participation, bringing together athletes, young people, schools, fitness  enthusiasts and members of the wider public. 

Activities will officially kick off on Saturday, December 5, with a breakfast fundraiser, media launch and health  fair. The launch will help build awareness and momentum ahead of the main competitions while providing an  opportunity to promote health and wellness and engage athletes, sponsors, partners, the media and the wider  community.

The competition gets underway on Friday, December 11, with Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique and Women’s  Bikini Fitness, along with a Youth Fitness/Physique Showcase for boys and girls.

On Saturday, December 12, the spotlight shifts to the Strongman and Strongwoman Competition, featuring  events including the Vehicle Pull, Deadlift Challenge, Farmer’s Walk, Yoke Walk, Tire Flip and Atlas Stones or  Loading Medley. Secondary-school athletes and Special Olympics/Para athletes will also have opportunities  to participate in specially organised strength and fitness activities.

An additional event is being planned for Sunday, December 13, with details to be announced. 

Federation President and Competition Organiser Cecil Mitchell said Glory Games is intended to go beyond  competition by providing a platform for athlete development, youth participation, healthy lifestyles and greater  community involvement, while supporting the continued growth of bodybuilding, fitness and strength sports in  Grenada.

Local athletes are encouraged to register early. Registration is EC$100 for Bodybuilding, Physique or Bikini;  EC$200 for Strongman/Strongwoman; and EC$250 for athletes entering both competitions. Registration is  free for youth/student and Para/Special Olympics athletes.

The early registration deadline is September 30, 2026, with final registration closing November 1, 2026.

Businesses and organisations are also invited to become sponsors and partners of the 2nd Annual Grenada  Glory Games 2026.
