Minister Of Finance And Energy, Gregory Bowen, says the Government has changed its approach concerning contracting a World class management company to run the affairs of GRENLEC, the island’s lone utility company.
Bowen stated they’re now going with the idea of hiring a consultant, on advice of the World Bank.
