Grenada Government To Roll Out Second Economic Stimulus Support Programme

Based on the latest situation, the Grenada Government speaks of providing relief.

We hear it’s to roll out a second Economic Stimulus Support programme (ESSP) to the tune of some 36 million dollars.

Strategic Programme Manager in the Inland Revenue Department, Chinnel Andrews, tells us more.

Among other things, Andrews says there’ll be support this time around for operators in the informal sector as well.

Speaking at today’s Post Cabinet Briefing, the Government’s information series, Andrews noted that through their internet connectivity programme, there will be internet support for vulnerable households.

She went further to invite the Nation to tune in to the launch of the Economic Stimulus Support programme tomorrow.
