The Grenada Medical Association (GMA) does not take kindly to the recent behavior of individuals who breech quarantine, only to find out later they are COVID positive.
It deplores the recent actions of individuals who only seek selfish desires and not recognizing the risks.
The Medical Association has sent out notice saying that such wanton behaviour does not only place the Grenadian public at risk of spread of the Covid-19 virus, but also undermines the efforts of everyone involved in the fight against the disease.
The GMA reassures the public and all other stakeholders of its in the Nation’s drive to avoid the community spread of Covid-19 and maintain Grenada’s status as a safe destination.
The GMA is pleading with nationals and non-nationals to continue to practice safe and necessary protocols in the battle against COVID-19, as outlined by the Ministry of Health.
