The Grenada National Patient Kidney Foundation will be bringing the curtains down on its month of celebration.
This Sunday the foundation will host a thanksgiving service to celebrate the lives of all kidney patients that they lost during the pandemic.
The Grenada National Patient Kidney Foundation on the 10th of this month celebrated World Kidney Day under the theme “Kidney health for all – bridge the knowledge gap to better kidney care”.
Kidney disease can affect the body’s ability to clean the blood, filter extra water out of the blood, and help control blood pressure.
In Grenada statistics show there’re currently 27 patients receiving dialysis treatment.
The President of the Grenada National Patient Kidney Foundation Mava Gilkes is inviting all to come out to their thanksgiving service.
