Grenada will join in on the global observance of World Standards Day  Saturday October 14th.

It’s a day to pay tribute to all Grenadians involved in Standards development.

It’s also a time for paying tribute to the collaborative efforts of thousands of experts worldwide who develop the voluntary technical agreements and minimum requirements that are published as Standards.

Minister for Trade, and Export Development Hon. Joseph Andall, in his message to observe the day paid tribute to all Grenadians involved in Standards development.

The theme for this year’s World Standards Day celebration is our shared vision for a better world – SDG 3 – accessible and safe healthcare for all.

Minister Andall says access to quality healthcare is a human right and essential to sustainable development.
