Grenada Total Confirmed Covid 19 Cases Now Stands At 357

Looking at the COVID-19 figures, the active cases have jumped to 267, because of 104 new cases.

Off the 267 cases, 257 are local and 10 imported.

All 267 cases are in isolation.

According to the latest COVID-19 update from the Ministry of Health, 540 individuals are in quarantine facilities.

As it concerns the vaccination programme, the last update shows that 120 more individuals have received the 2^nd dose of vaccine, bringing the total number to 18,824.

On record some 24, 977 persons have received the first dose, 289 more than the figure recorded in the last COVID update.

Senior Medical Officer, Dr. Myana Charles, explained that a majority of persons infected have not been vaccinated.
