Grenada Continues to shine in its golden year and has been awarded a gold medal at the prestigious Royal Horticultural Society 2024 Chelsea Flower Show in the United Kingdom.
It’s the 17th such title, since its participation in the Flower Show in the UK.
This year’s theme, hinged on the fact that Grenada is celebrating 50 years as an independent Nation…“The Golden Falls of Grenada,” celebrating our 50th year of Independence.
The 2024 Grenada Chelsea Flower Show display features Heliconias, Anthuriums, Orchids, Ginger Lilies, Shampoo Gingers, and a variety of lush foliage, inspired by the breathtaking Golden Falls, known for its unique twin cascades, nestled in the heart of the rainforest.
Led by the incredible Catherine John, the Grenada team has proudly participated for 23 years, earning 16 gold medals, 5 silver-gilt medals and 1 silver medal.
