Repeating a statement by Attorney-at-Law, Francis Alexis, Grenada’s Attorney General, Claudette Joseph, made the remark at the opening of the 2023 Law Year that in the environment where the average Caribbean citizen yearns for a more integrated and unified region, the eastern Caribbean Supreme Court stands out as a model regional institution.
Joseph says despite the global challenges with which the region has to face; the sub-regional court has indeed recorded great successes.
She says the successes enjoyed, makes the ECSC one of the most admired change agents within the Caribbean Community.
The Grenada Attorney General says the ECSC has been able to navigate the changing tides, significant with the theme of the new Law Year.
